WINTER 2016-2017 PHOTO GALLERY
3/19/2017 - Cohos have been sparse from shore this month but were again getting caught frequently the previous two days .
3/4/2017 - 2 inch ice at McQuade and the Lester.
3/2/2017 - Someone evidently thought the shore anglers needed some stools to rest on this week and brought them to the shore (hope the Noreasters don't relocate them). There is still much ice in the rivers despite the recent rains and warmth.
2/19/2017 - First time on the shore (above) and he had a happy connection (for him anyway - the fish probably didn't share the sentiment).
2/13/2017 - The camera man arrived too late to capture much of the early morning action consisting of Cohos, Kamloops and Steelhead.
2/11/2017 - There has been a diminished presence of cohos but better Kamloops activity with a lot of strong northeast winds this last week.
2/4/2017 - Cohos continue to be providing the majority of the shore action but some Kamloops are getting caught in scattered French River areas.
1/28/2017 - Good coho catches have been occurring quite frequently in the early morning hours while Kamloops have been scarce.
1/19/2017 - Normally the coldest day of the year, today required taking off most of the warm clothing layers to be comfortable.
1/17/2017 - There was some coho action in different areas for brief periods but only a couple Kamloops reported.
1/15/2017 - A rare limit was taken by one angler with the skills to be in the right spot during the productive time and conditions.
1/9/2017 - Coho time is approaching.
1/7/2017 - Two above zero. two in McQuade. two boats. two others fishing. two bites in two hours. and too cold.
1/3/2017 - Looks like the pine intruded on an intruder during a backcast.
12/31/2016 and 1/1/2017 - A couple days mostly for the birds (cedar waxwings?).
12/30/2016 - Two on shore, one on the water, some pine grosbeaks in the air, and a couple rainbows from the water(one returned to the water).
